Fictionwise ebooks: PDA-sized stories

Thousands of stories in dozens of categories, and everything from short shorts to full-length novels in a variety of formats.

They grabbed my attention initially because they sold the individual stories from back issues of science fiction magazines - so I could buy just a few stories instead of the whole magazine. Very handy.
